What is your dream job? Do you think you’ll ever have it?

hmmm, my dream job would have to be something the the arts/entertainment field or fashion. Would love to be a photographer for a great magazine, or a musician on the road and writing music all day, or working with a fashion designer in NY! Any of those I would find great contentment in.
Will I ever have it? Ha...guessing pretty much not. All of them are hobbies for me at this point in my life. and that's ok!
If you were going to enter a competitive eating contest, what food would you choose to speed eat?
Yuk! I don't think I would want to speed eat anything! But if I had to choose, I guess I would say warm chocolate chip cookies...there is nothing like the taste of fresh warm cookies! And of course with the huge glass of cold milk to follow.
Michael Jackson said this in an interview : “If you really want to know about me, there’s a song I wrote, which is the most honest song I’ve ever written. It’s the most autobiographical song I’ve ever written. It’s called, Childhood. They should listen to it.”
Here are the lyrics....So sad!
"Childhood"
I'm searching for the world that I come from
'Cause I've been looking around
In the lost and found of my heart...
No one understands me
They view it as such strange eccentricities...
'Cause I keep kidding around
Like a child, but pardon me...
People say I'm not okay
'Cause I love such elementary things...
It's been my fate to compensate,
for the Childhood
I've never known...
Have you seen my Childhood?
I'm searching for that wonder in my youth
Like pirates in adventurous dreams,
Of conquest and kings on the throne...
Before you judge me, try hard to love me,
Look within your heart then ask,
Have you seen my Childhood?
People say I'm strange that way
'Cause I love such elementary things,
It's been my fate to compensate,
for the Childhood I've never known...
Have you seen my Childhood?
I'm searching for that wonder in my youth
Like fantastical stories to share
The dreams I would dare, watch me fly...
Before you judge me, try hard to love me.
The painful youth I've had
Have you seen my Childhood...
Had a fabulous trip to Sweden, and have been back a week already. I wish there was not such a high roaming international charge on phone to update things because I would have been posting photos the whole trip. Some very awesome photo opps there!
Met some of our distant relatives which was so cool to talk with them and learn of the differences and similarities of our cultures. More to come...
Here are some great photos taken
Why do you think teenagers are involved in more car crashes than any other age group?

Texting...cell phones...and chit chatting and not watching the road! I think they are just too young and inexperienced at the early driving age of 17. The maturity level is just not there, and they feel invincible! I remember...I was that age once as well. So it is easy for me to say raise the limit now. I am already a driver! But looking back I certainly could not wait for the day I turned 17 and made myself legal at the crack of dawn! With that said, there seem to be more accidents with death results than there was 20 years ago. Again, I will say the texting, and cell phones (even though it is illegal). Granted we do have more drivers on the road now, but all of this should be taken in consideration when setting the drivers age.

Stop spending money on other countries and focus on the US! We too have people who are suffering. Stop the war and bring our troops home. Provide more small business loans, lower and keep low interest rates. Regulate gas prices.
Today is "No Housework Day." Tell us: What's your least favorite chore around the house?
That's the easiest question to answer ever! Hands down...dusting!!! Having wood floors throughout the house really builds up the dust faster (as well as those pesky dust bunnies) so I feel like I SHOULD be dusting every other day! I do sweep almost every other day, but dusting? It is such a tedious task because you have to remove everything first in order to get a good dusting...and I don't have the time or patience. My last house was built in 1916 and I had several antiques in every room...I used to justify the dust because everything was so old...it must look better with dust because it is an antique! HA! Then I grew up....
